Spencer and Hans' "Day 1" Recap, Part 1

I clearly understand that Day 1 is long gone, but thanks to backed up and intermitent internet service, I'm just now getting this posted.

If you read through the Veronica's blog below, you'll know that when we refer to "days," it's going to depend on each rider, crew, or media because we're all on very different schedules. So Spencer Graves and I started at 8am EDT on Sunday morning and continued on until 11pm EDT.

We managed to travel through 4 different states: Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. I've been fortunate enough to see these states before, but you sure get a whole new view when you're only traveling at 15-25 miles an hour.
